‘Lambo Guy’ Again Attacks Couple Who Complained After Winning $4 Million on Gifted Home
A Melbourne businessman has dealt another blow to the couple who complained after winning a $4.2 million home he had given away and accused him of taking $100,000 worth of objects.
Adrian Portelli, known for his flashy lifestyle and luxury cars, bought the house in Gisborne, 54km northwest of Melbourne, in November after it was auctioned off on reality TV series The Block.
He then entered the house as a featured prize through his lottery company LMCT+, which was won by Kevin and Andrea Griffin from Ballarat, Victoria.
But the couple were left disappointed when they were shown around the house, pointing out flaws and wondering where some of the furniture had gone.
Mr. Portelli, known as Mr. Lambo, then decided to hold a drawing for a dollar for all items removed from the house, with the winners being announced on Thursday.
“Oh gee, look at all this furniture…that’s left in the house,” he said, as he stood in front of a screen showing videos from inside the 4.25 million home dollars.
Adrian Portelli pointed to “all the furniture” left in a $4.2 million home he gave to a couple who accused him of taking $100,000 worth of items.
CCTV footage had shown Mr Portelli removing luxury items before handing over the keys, including a robot lawn mower, treadmill, wine, Smeg appliances and a barbecue smoker.
But Mr Portelli said the luxury extras were only used to stage the promotional videos and were not part of the giveaway under the terms and conditions of the lottery.
Announcing the draw, Mr Portelli said he wanted the items to go “to someone who will be grateful and deserving”.
He said all proceeds from the draw would go towards supporting homeless charities.
“Because we’re talking about how many people are going to be grateful just to have a roof over their head, let alone a $4.3 million furnished mortgage with no mortgage,” he said.
“So what better way to get involved.” We’re going to get rid of this, someone is going to win it for $1 and all the proceeds will go towards changing the lives of people who will be grateful just for a better night’s sleep.

Lucky couple Kevin and Andrea Griffin, who won a $4.2 million home featured on The Block, say their dream lottery win became a nightmare after being stripped of its key features.
A Toyota LandCruiser was also up for grabs in the draw, with two people from South Australia and Queensland winning the prizes.
Many took the opportunity to mock Mr. Portelli, joking about the car arriving without all of its tires.
“I bet it won’t have wheels when I pick it up,” one joked.
“Can you please give me a complete list of all the parts of the 4×4 so I don’t miss anything,” joked another.
Mr Portelli’s other Instagram posts were flooded with comments asking where the “wine fridge” is, after Ms Griffin repeatedly complained it had been removed.

The Griffin family accused Adrian “Lambo Guy” Portelli of taking more than $100,000 worth of possessions from the home before returning it to them.
Thousands of people slammed the couple after their story went viral – with the majority saying the couple were ungrateful and the type to “complain if they won the lottery”.
“Wow, what nerve! The stuff they love is replaceable and definitely not worth $100,000,” one said.
“Even the simple fact of having a house without any appliances remains a blessing from heaven. Not to mention $4 million,” another commenter said.
“Give it back then or just be happy with what you have,” added a third.
‘It’s a joke, isn’t it? How ungrateful! » said one particularly frustrated commenter.
