Former NBA star Lamar Odom admitted to “always” jerking off before games, whether his team is playing at home or away.

Odom played in the NBA from 1999 to 2013 and spent the last five seasons of his basketball career married to Khloe Kardashian.

It’s unclear if Kardashian was aware of Odom’s pre-game routine.

Odom said the reason he masturbated before games was to relieve stress.

Looking back, Odom doesn’t believe jerking off achieved what he was looking for.

“I was still jerking off. And I think about it because I probably took some of my peak, my energy,” Odom said.

“I was at home, at daycare. Hotel room, I bust a nut. That’s why sometimes I prefer to play on the road,” Odom added.

Odom talked about his pregame masturbation on the LADE Show with current Laker Max Christie sitting next to him.

Odom has been a constant fixture on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” since his 2009 marriage to Khloe. The couple officially divorced in 2016.

Odom spent all but two of his NBA career in Los Angeles, during three different stints with the Lakers and Clippers.
