Los Angeles trucker with two PENIS reveals the ups and downs of living with one in 5 million conditions: “The sex was great and the women were hooked, but they cut one off to feel normal”
A Los Angeles trucker has revealed his unusual condition that has endowed him with two penises, which he says has mesmerized some of his lovers while alienating others.
Tank, as he calls himself, was born with dysphalia, an extremely rare genetic abnormality that left him with two functional penises.
For many women, the added appendix was an added benefit that many didn’t believe was true until he ‘brought them into the room (and) they’d see’.
Tank now only has one penis after having one of the two surgically removed, which proved problematic in some situations.
But the extra penis proved more trouble than it was worth in the end, as having sex with one at a time proved difficult and not always optimal for their dates.
Tank, who said he comes from a family where unusual pubic regions are quite common, ultimately decided to have one of his penises surgically removed.
Dyphalus, a condition in which the penis splits into two parts, is extremely rare. with some estimates placing the incidence at one in five million births, while another pegs it at a minuscule one in 30 million.
Tank detailed his unusual affliction in a video interview posted on the Soft White Underbelly YouTube channel.
In it, he explained that at the age of 12 he was sent to a juvenile detention center after being convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
When he was released at age 24, never having had sex, Tank decided to make the most of his extra penis.
He told the interviewer: “The women didn’t believe it when I told them I had two penises, but then I took them into the room they would see.”
He added that he would ejaculate from both penises even if he was only using one.
The extra limb ‘to one side’ would feel ‘as if it were going to burst’.
But it was not always the case that one was in use but not the other.
Tank said that some of his mistresses actually enjoyed the feeling of being penetrated by both at the same time, which one supposedly got “hooked.”
He said, “She wanted to be a porn star and she wanted us to do a video together,” later adding, “She probably would have made a lot of money.”
And while few benefited from his condition, it was troublesome and even painful for many, prompting him to make the difficult decision to have surgery to remove one of his penises.
In addition, he disclosed that it is not the first case of dysphalia in his family.
His uncle was born with the same anomaly, while he said his father was born with very large testicles ‘like a bull’.
Tank’s condition is rare, but he’s not the first to speak publicly about it. About nine years ago, a man calling himself DoubleD *** Dude on Reddit detailed what it was like to live with his affliction. He told a user that his prostate becomes inflamed if he doesn’t ejaculate regularly.
He said: “I’m probably the only guy with a legitimate reason to orgasm at least once a day or two days…otherwise it just feels bloated and painful.”
