Kyly Clarke can be seen in the Australian Ninja Warrior on Monday evening.

And prior to her role on the program as a celebrity competitor, the 40-year-old showed off the ripped physique she’d worked so hard for.

In a post shared on Instagram, the former WAG posed in an orange crop top that revealed her defined abs.

She paired it with slim-fitting cycling shorts in a maroon hue and beamed at the camera as she enjoyed a workout.

Kyly wrote in her caption: ‘One more night’s sleep until the celebrity challenge on @ninjawarriorau @channel9.

“My chosen charity is @barnardos_au and I look forward to giving everything I have to raise money for this amazing organization supporting children in need,” she added.

Kyly announced last week that she will be joining the Australian Warrior Ninja and taking the infamous course.

She shared a photo of herself on the set of the show, revealing that she had trained hard to participate.

‘THIRDING NEWS. Recently I was asked to enter @ninjawarriorau and after a long and difficult conversation with myself, and the realization that I needed to shake off my fear of heights and the sheer fact that in my wildest dream I would never think I would can play of course I SAID YES!’ she wrote in a long caption.

“Recently I was asked to come in @ninjawarriorau and after a long and difficult conversation with myself, and the realization that I had to shake off my fear of heights and the sheer fact that in my wildest dream I would never think I would can do part of the course, I SAID YES!’ she wrote

“Let’s face it, my first comment was, ‘Um, I’d rather watch the experts while I eat on the couch.’ To me it’s all in the name of charity.

“I love being part of the family and giving everything I have for a good cause.”

She continued: ‘This is me stepping completely out of my comfort zone, testing myself, my limits and knowing 100% that I need to build so much strength in my training to hold my own weight, overcome my fears and give it a red hot . To go!’

Kyly added that she will be appearing on the show on Channel Nine on Monday, June 27.
