It was completed in 1984 and was one of the first high-rise stratified buildings in Sydney.

The apartment’s current owners, Gavin Holland and Kelly McNamara, speculated that the property would have hosted some lively parties.

‘I know in those days there was a lot of socialising, for lack of a better word. In this building there have been suicides, murders, famous and infamous people, all kinds of things,” Holland told Newscorp.

The owners said the rooftop pool and jacuzzi have just been renovated, adding to the apartment’s appeal.

They also touted the stunning view.

“Kylie and Michael would have enjoyed socializing on the balcony and also on New Year’s Eve,” Holland said.
