“We are so inspired by Avery, who created Altadena Girls after her school burned down on January 8 to help provide items that help Altadena teens feel safe and like themselves again.”

The statement concluded: “Our thoughts, love and prayers are with you as you find your way forward and we pray that you may regain a sense of comfort and hope.”
