Kylian Mbappé has signed his contract with Real Madrid after informing PSG that he will leave the club this summer, according to reports

Kylian Mbappé signed his contract with Real Madrid and reached an agreement until 2029 with the LaLiga giants, according to reports in Spain.

The French superstar has been pursued by the Spanish side for years and rumors that he could join only intensified after informing PSG last week that he would be leaving in the summer and that his contract would expire.

And now brand have reported that MbappĂ© already signed his agreement to join Madrid two weeks ago, with the player “assuming a firm commitment” to the BernabĂ©u team.

Mail Sport reported last week that Madrid are set to make Mbappe the club’s highest-earning player, surpassing the ÂŁ10.3m per season they pay Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior.

They will also pay a registration fee of around ÂŁ85.5m and open talks about what percentage of their image rights they retain.

The Frenchman was expected to join Carlo Ancelotti's team

He informed PSG that he would leave this summer after president Nasser Al-Khelaifi made several attempts to re-sign Mbappé.

The Frenchman was expected to join Carlo Ancelotti’s team after informing PSG that he would be leaving this summer.

The Marca report claims that MbappĂ©’s team told PSG to “not bother” making him any more offers to stay at the French club because they had already reached an agreement with Madrid.

Los Blancos had contacted the player’s entourage in the first days of the new year to ask if he was still planning to join Madrid after negotiations between the two sides the previous summer, he says, and MbappĂ© gave a “positive” response.

He adds that Madrid no longer saw MbappĂ© as a player they wanted to sign ‘at any price’, knowing that they already had Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham as ‘two of the best footballers on the planet’.

But at the beginning of February the club opened full negotiations with the aim of closing the deal as soon as possible.
