Annie was seen pushing a stroller with her and Kyle’s newborn inside, while her older children followed behind.
If Manchester City win on Sunday, they will become the first team in the history of the English top flight to win four consecutive league titles.
Before the game began, Kyle emerged from the tunnel with his four children, cradling his baby.

Kyle is reportedly considering leaving Manchester City and the Premier League in favor of moving to Saudi Arabia at the end of the season, according to Sun.
The City star was in talks with Bayern Munich about a possible exit last year before signing a new contract extension that keeps him in the Premier League and the reigning European champions until 2026.
But Kyle is understood to be “very happy” at City as they continue their quest for a record fourth consecutive Premier League title.
His wife, Annie, is also reportedly in favor of leaving England in search of a new start abroad.
It comes after MailOnline revealed Annie and Kyle are “getting over their difference” as they try to reach a point of reconciliation following the birth of their newborn last month.

The source told MailOnline: ‘Annie and Kyle are working out their differences as they navigate life with a newborn. They enjoyed the day with other footballers and their families, as well as a host of famous faces.
“It’s understandable that the couple isn’t back to their old selves, but connecting with friends and being together doing normal family things is helping their reconciliation.”
Annie was at the time pregnant with her fourth child when she heard the shocking news of her husband’s infidelity.
