She was in Sin City to snag her boyfriend and RHOBH co-star Erika Jayne’s new residence at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay.

A source spoke People last July and revealed that Richards and her husband had decided to separate.
The insider noted that even though the couple had split up, they still “lived under the same roof.”
The source added that “they remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

Richards and Umansky released a joint statement via their respective Instagram accounts to indicate that they were not, in fact, divorcing, and attempted to resolve their differences.
The reality TV personality recently spoke about her relationship with her husband during a Amazon Live aired, where she discussed the difficulties they faced in continuing their marriage.
“This was very difficult because so many people had their eyes on us and were in the public eye,” she said.
She added, “Obviously we care deeply about each other… and that’s all I really want to share with you right now.”
