The Kyle & Jackie O Show was unexpectedly absent from its radio show on Wednesday morning, with KIIS FM forced to play reruns of its highlights.
Radio sources have exclusively revealed to Daily Mail Australia that almost the entire show’s crew has been plagued by illness in recent days.
This comes after co-host and radio host Kyle Sandilands, 53, spent Monday and Tuesday detailing how more and more of his crew were unable to work due to a variety of illnesses spreading around the studio.
On Monday, reporter Cooper Johns failed to show up after “behaving delinquently” throughout the weekend, along with producer Joshua Fox, who has pneumonia.
The following day, show director and Sandilands manager Bruno Bouchet was also absent due to an undisclosed illness.
Listeners were also informed on Tuesday that content producer Natalie Penfold would be out for a month after breaking both of her feet.
It is believed that either Sandilands or his co-presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, or even both, have also been struck down by mysterious illnesses.
An ARN spokesperson confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that Sandilands is “not feeling well” and will “hopefully” return to the show on Thursday.

“They put me on the table as if I were a piece of meat. They stripped me and examined me,” he explained.
“And then the surgeon says, ‘Yeah, exactly the same as last time. Maybe I’ll quit smoking.'”
But when Kyle asked his doctor if he could continue vaping THC, a cannabinoid found in cannabis and often used legally for therapeutic use, his doctor said no.
