Todd Chrisley’s son, Kyle, was arrested and booked on charges of aggravated assault and released after posting $3,000 bail.
A representative from the Rutherford County Jail in Tennessee said TMZ he was booked by the Smyrna Police Department.
Details of the arrest are still unclear, but it comes just months after Todd began his federal prison sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion.
Todd is serving a 12-year sentence, while his wife, Julie, is serving seven years.
