Slater split from his high school sweetheart Lilly Jay, with whom he shares a one-year-old son, after striking up a controversial new romance with Grande while working on the film Wicked last year.
They were plagued with cheating accusations, something sources close to them vehemently denied, but Grande appears to have reignited speculation with her latest single The Boy Is Mine.
In the song, she sings, “Please know that this is not what I planned… Something about him is made for someone like me.”
Now, a source has said that Grande, 30, and Slater, 31, are “looking toward the future and everything that awaits them as a couple and as individuals.”
