In the video, which appeared to be filmed in Kristin’s closet, she lip-synced to audio of a woman from a viral Inside Edition video.
‘So what are you going to do about it?’ Cavallari mouthed. Another off-screen voice responded, ‘We’re reporting it,’ and the Uncommon James founder asked as he continued lip-syncing, ‘Are you going to arrest me?’ Are you going to give me a fine?

Last week, Kristin confirmed her new relationship by sharing a snapshot of the new couple on her Instagram.
“He makes me happy,” she captioned the cute photo.
On Friday, Cavallari, who was previously married to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, made her debut on Estes’ Montana Boyz TikTok account.
In the video, Estes and the other two members of his country trio, Kaleb Campbell Winterburn and Kade Wilcox, lip-synced to the song She’s Country by Jason Aldean.
Each of the men sang a few lyrics and then Estes gestured behind him and Kristin walked into the frame looking happy as Estes grabbed her from behind in a bear hug.
Kristin’s debut on the Montana Boyz page comes after she shared a bikini-filled set with Mark on her personal TikTok.
Wearing a green swimsuit, Kristin jumped into her new boyfriend’s muscular arms as they frolicked by a pool.
