Kris Jenner has revealed she underwent a hysterectomy after doctors discovered a tumour on her ovary and wanted to stop any risk of it growing.
The Kardashian matriarch, 68, broke down in tears during last week’s episode of the Hulu show as she shared the news with her children.
Kris was advised that the “best thing” was to have her ovaries and uterus removed after a “small tumor” and a cyst were found in the area.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kris told friends Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick: ‘I’m having a hysterectomy.
‘It all started with the simple removal of some ovaries and today I received a phone call. They found something and we are here to fix it.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kris told friends Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick: ‘I’m having a hysterectomy.
She said: “It all started with just removing some ovaries and today I got a phone call. They found something, we are here to fix it.”
“I’m going to cut out something that gave me six of the best parts of my entire life,” referring to his brood of six children.
Kris, who has children Kourtney Kardashian, 45, Kim Kardashian, 43, Khloe Kardashian, 40, Rob Kardashian, 37, Kendall Jenner, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 26, admitted she was feeling “very emotional” about the procedure.
Speaking to the camera, she then said: ‘I’m really excited about this, because when you’re young, you start talking about wanting a family.
“It was the only topic we talked about for 40 or 50 years. Now we are talking about it again and it is the other side of the process.”
Kim and Khloe sprang into action to try and cheer their mother up by throwing her a party before her hysterectomy surgery.
In her confession, Kim says: “My mom is very sad about losing her ovaries and I think we should just turn it into a positive moment and bring her something to cheer her up and celebrate the incredible work those ovaries have done.”
Kim walks into Kris’s house and says, “I brought us a little cake,” as she finds Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Kris reads the cake: “Not an ovary yet,” while bursting into laughter when Khloe walks in with flowers and balloons.
“Cake, balloons and flowers?” Kris exclaims as Khloe confesses, “We know my mom is a little anxious about the upcoming surgery. What we do best is support each other in times of need, in times of joy, when we’re scared.”
Kris clutches her massive bouquet of flowers and proclaims, “I feel like I’ve given birth all over again,” as Khloe adds, “to six fucking phenomenal human beings.”
Kim adds: “Your ovaries have been working overtime,” while Khloe adds: “Leave them alone.”
Kris adds in confession: “I loved being pregnant, I loved, I loved, I loved being pregnant,” as we see old photos of her with various pregnant bellies.
“I regret not being able to get pregnant again. It was a wonderful time in my life when I felt like everything stopped. Life was beautiful. It was the best time of my life, the best years,” Kris confesses.
Back at Kris’s house, Kris cuts the cake and adds, “Here’s to new beginnings, knowing I’ll never be pregnant again.”

Kim adds before taking a bite of the cake: “I would just say, take note of who shows up, show up first,” with a wink.
Kim adds with a smile: “That’s what I would do in my will. Who showed up to my ovarian party?”
In a sneak peek of next week’s episode, Kris reassuringly told cameras: ‘I’m done with my surgery and I feel great!’
Last week, Kris was seen breaking down as she gathered Kim, Khloe and Kendall together and emotionally informed the trio about a tumor that had been found on her ovary.
She told them, ‘I wanted to tell you something because I haven’t told you yet but… you know, I went to the doctor and they did a scan, and they found, and this makes me very emotional, but… they found a cyst and like a small tumor on my ovary.
“I went to the doctor and Dr. A told me I had to have my ovaries removed. I’m so excited because, as you know, they were very helpful.”

Kris got emotional while making the revelation to her daughters Kim, Khloe, Kendall Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, 43.
Kris said: “I wanted to tell you something. I had an ultrasound and I was so excited, but they found something.”
She told her children that her doctor had found a cyst and a tumor before the scene changed to a video of her tears in her eyes.
“If I can get through hip replacement surgery, I can get through this. I don’t even… I’m not nervous about being put to sleep, I’m not nervous about Dr. A. She’s the best doctor in the world, but then they do it to you and it’s so real.
‘It’s also a matter of getting older and it’s like a sign that we’re done with a part of our life, it’s a whole chapter that’s just closed.
“It’s the dumbest thing, but I love you and I just wanted you to know that.”
