Kourtney Kardashian arrived in Sydney, Australia, with her children Penelope and Reign in this week’s penultimate episode of The Kardashians’ fifth season, though the mother of four is a little sad.
She also brought her newborn son Rocky on the two-week trip, while following husband Travis Barker through part of his band Blink-182’s tour.
“I’m in Australia, we did it. We’ve had a blast. Travis is on tour in different cities in Australia for a week, but since I was on bed rest before and then had a newborn at home, I haven’t been able to go out with my other kids, so I wanted to stay in Sydney,” Kourtney confesses as images of Kourtney and the kids trying to play tennis are shown… although Reign screams when the ball comes near her.
However, her eldest son, Mason, 14, was not in attendance, as he confessed, “he’s at home with his dad, which makes me really sad, but I’m enjoying every second,” and the episode occurred after Kourtney celebrated Penelope’s 12th birthday.
Last week’s episode featured a brief segment where Kim said she would try to convince Mason to go on the trip by telling him all the great things Australia has to offer, though that didn’t seem to work.

Penelope says: ‘I went to the beach and I felt bad because I had been attacked by a shark, so I didn’t want to go in the water.’
Reign dismisses his comment and says, ‘Hey, who cares, one person is going to get bitten, I’ll take the risk.’
Nanny Allie Garcia asks Kourtney what her best moment has been, and she replies, “My best moment, probably, was spending time at Miranda’s house. I felt like I learned a lot from her mom and traditions that I want to keep in my house now with the kids, like how the mom is always cooking and taking care of everyone.”
Allie added that “the son was very helpful,” while Kourtney added, “And they all do the dishes together. My problem was the spider.”

Kourtney insists on confessing: “I don’t know where he gets that sense of humor from. He’s like a miniature Jim Carrey.”
Back at the meal, Reign looks at the camera and says, “Once upon a time…” but then looks up at the ceiling, while Penelope crosses her arms, unimpressed, while Reign looks back at the camera and says, “That was the story,” and starts laughing, while Penelope insists, “It’s not that funny,” while he looks at her strangely.
Kourtney admits in a confessional: “I’m starting to get a lot of vibes like his dad. I think he’s starting to get that sense of humor. I think that’s just what we need.”
They leave the restaurant as Penelope says, “There’s paparazzi right there,” as they show the photographer while Reign yells, “Hey paparazzi, stalker.”

They notice the photographer has started to run away as they walk in the opposite direction, as Kourtney adds in confession: “This is why I’m not going to take Rocky out, but as much as I would love to stay home and be in my bubble, it’s not fair to have my kids in Australia and not take them out to do things.”
They all head to a van as Kourtney tells them, “We can’t let them ruin our time,” as the van drives away.
