Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter Penelope, nine, returns to TikTok after being banned from the app

Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter Penelope was back on TikTok after she was reportedly banned from the app for violating multiple community guidelines.

The nine-year-old appeared in a video posted to her mother’s account where she danced with her eight-year-old cousin North West.

In the clip, the girls dubbed the song Meet Me At Our Spot by THE ANXIETY, Tyler Cole and Willow.

The girls synced along to the track while performing several dance moves at once.

The 15-second clip was posted Wednesday night and quickly garnered nearly three million likes and thousands of comments.

This isn’t the first time Penelope’s daughter has appeared on her mom’s account, and the last time was in September when she danced with her mom.

The latest video was posted just days after news of Penelope’s reported TikTok account and ban emerged.

Penelope had reportedly created an account called @blah445087, with a biography that read “Kourtney-Penelope” and “account managed by an adult.”

The founder of POOSH has yet to confirm the validity of her daughter’s page herself, but screenshots from fans revealed that Kourtney, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner had followed the page.

The reveal of the nine-year-old’s now-defunct TikTok account was first magnified by podcast host Amanda Hirsch aka @notskinnybutnotfat who on Sunday shared grabs of since-deleted videos.

Before the page was taken down, Penelope’s account featured healthy content like sweet “I love you” post-its written over the years by Dad Scott and making organic matcha at Kourtney’s house.

The @notskinnybutnotfat page had reposted some of the videos initially shared by another user on Instagram and marveled at the sweet content.

‘Wait is this really Pinop’s tiktok!? How sweet!!!!!’ Hirsch wrote about the videos.

Late Sunday night — just hours later — the page was “banned,” with Hirsch being informed by a follower via direct message.

She later apologized for publishing the videos to her 400,000 followers, which appeared to lead to a quick “deactivation” of the account.

One of Hirsch’s followers pointed out that Penelope could have been banned for being 13 and over on TikTok, while she’s only nine years old.

According to TikTok’s guidelines for guardians the application has ‘TikTok for younger users’ which is said to be suitable for users under the age of 13.

But lying about one’s age to access and post on regular TikTok could be grounds for a ban.

The news of Penelope’s account comes just over a year after Kourtney and Scott’s son Mason, 11, shut down his social media accounts.

The then 10-year-old had an Instagram that was taken down after he shared Kardashian secrets while going live, prompting him to create a TikTok.

“No, Kylie and Travis are no longer together,” Mason had said in March 2020 in response to a question from fans.

Kourtney had said he deleted Mason’s account that he “never” asked them for permission to make one, saying: “I deleted it because Scott and I just felt like he wasn’t…he’s 10 !’

“I think being on Instagram really worries me with kids being comments, people can be so mean,” she revealed

When he switched to TikTok, he complained, “It was removed because I was too young, because I went viral. I would have had 2.7 million. [followers] if I lasted now.’

After his account was deleted, a video surfaced in May of last year showing Mason with Travis Barker’s son, Landon, throwing piles of $100 bills. The video is said to be from February 2020.
