Acuna-Aguero and Murrieta-Valenzuela told the victim that they would return his documents after he returned to their house the next day, and told him they would get him Viagra.
If the victim did not return, the couple said they would send the photos of him having sex with Acuna-Aguero with his wife, the report says.
Murrieta-Valenzuela then drove the man back to Home Depot, only to demand that he return to the house later that afternoon.
