A caravan and a car went up in flames in a fire that later spread to a home.
QFES crews were called to the property on Kokoda Street in Darra, in Brisbane’s southwest, about 2am on Wednesday.
Firefighters battled three separate fires for at least 30 minutes after flames from inside the van spread to a neighboring home.
Residents said they were awakened by a series of explosions.
“The first challenges we faced were multiple exposures, being with the car and bus on fire and also with a forklift in the vicinity,” a firefighter told the media.
“There were multiple chemicals stored at the facility.”
