Kodak Black is currently wanted by Florida police for violating the terms of his bail and failing a drug test.

According to TMZa judge signed an arrest warrant on Thursday for Kodak, 25, and the rapper will be taken into custody if deputies come across him.

The injunction was filed because of two missteps by Kodak – which was also recently sued by two shooting victims – in recent weeks.

At the beginning of February, he did not appear at the agency where he had to report for drug tests.

The agency then claimed he submitted a sample the following week, but it came back and confirmed he had drugs in his system.

The test was reported to be positive for trace amounts of fentanyl, though it’s unclear how much was in his system.

Kodak was originally arrested last July for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and trafficking.

Police also revealed that they found more than 31 oxycodone pills in his car in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

He paid his $75,000 bail, but was released on the condition that he remain drug-free.

If caught, there are additional orders to hold him without bail until his next hearing.

Kodak was also recently involved in another legal battle, having been sued for a year over a shooting outside Justin Bieber’s Super Bowl afterparty.

Both the rapper and Bieber were charged by two victims of the shooting that took place on February 12, 2022.

Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman claimed they were hit in the Super Bowl weekend shooting and were “seriously injured” as a result.

The incident took place just outside The Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood, where Bieber was throwing a Super Bowl after-party.

It was reported that four victims were shot, including Kodak.

However, the alleged victims suing the artists claimed that Kodak played a major role in the escalation of the struggle that took place outside the establishment.

Reportedly, an unknown assailant attacked one of Kodak’s group, leading him into a scuffle to protect his friend.

TMZ reported that the two victims claimed in the lawsuit documents that the rapper “escalated” the fight, resulting in shots being fired.

Kodak’s representative, Bradford Cohen, spoke out on the lawsuit, telling TMZ, “I’ve seen a lot of bad complaints in my time. This is the worst drafted complaint I’ve seen in 26 years.”

He added, “I expect Kodak to be released from this lawsuit fairly soon.”

Cohen also explained that “there is no specificity” and that the victims’ representative, Gloria Allred, “groups the defendants all together rather than making specific allegations against each.”

The Kodak representative concluded, “It’s 101 law school. I’m ashamed of Ms. Allred for actually signing that complaint.”
