Kmart Australia wows with little-known range of ‘dupes’ for high-end brands: Peter Alexander, Stanley Cups and White Fox

Kmart Australia is surprising with its numerous ‘dupes’ of high-end brands.

Hundreds of customers have taken to social media to share what they bought and praise the unwary.

Australian mum Steph recently shared her honest opinion of both cups after trying them.

“If you haven’t heard of this viral Kmart Stanley hoax, you should hurry up and get one if you want a Stanley mug but don’t want to pay the money,” he said in a video. “There’s hardly any difference.”

In the clothing section, TikToker Sianon noticed a luxurious new range of pajamas that are perfect for winter.

“Run don’t walk to the Kmart girls,” he captioned one video, calling the silk pajamas a near-identical replica of Peter Alexander’s.

Another New Zealand shopaholic marveled after finding a ‘Lululemon dupe’ for just $22.

Beauty lovers have also been raving about the affordable designer perfume products, some of which are priced over $200.

Shoppers have discovered that the retailer’s $12 fragrance line has scents nearly identical to high-end perfumes from Gucci, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs and Ariana Grande.

Kmart customers have said the affordable products smell “exactly like” designer perfumes and even last just as long.

Kmart’s OXX Cosmetics recently launched its ‘Sparkling Rose’ collection, and eagle-eyed fans have noticed clear similarities to Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup for a fraction of the price.

OXX has copies of the popular Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter skin tint, blushes and bronzers, lip glosses, eye shadows and highlighters.

“I almost fainted walking into Kmart – OXX Beauty has so many new products,” Perth makeup expert Caisha Danielle said in a video. “The Sparkling Rose collection looks a little familiar to me.”

What does Anko mean?

Anko is an evolution of Kmart’s existing ‘&Co’ brands: Home&Co, Kids&Co, Clothing&Co and Active&Co.

The retailer replaced the letter ‘c’ with ‘k’ to pay homage to the place where it all began.

“We have made the decision that all Kmart own brand items will move to one product brand: Anko,” it said.

Earlier this year, Kmart released the $49 Gigi curved floor lamp and it quickly flew off the shelves for its sleek design.

Customers who manage to get their hands on the item will add an elegant touch to their home without having to spend a lot of money.

There’s also a pair of $22 beige heels that are said to be a copy of the $1,820 Chanel pumps and a belt that features a similar design to Dior’s Montaigne belt.
