Customers are rushing to Kmart Australia to get their hands on advent calendars ahead of the festive season.
The products hit shelves as part of the Christmas 2024 range with a variety of beauty calendars on offer packed with makeup, skincare and fragrances.
Claudia, from Melbourne, purchased the OXX Cosmetics Summer Solstice 12-Day Christmas Advent Calendar, which is filled with a mix of Sol de Janeiro-like beauty items.
“This year has gone by so fast that it feels like just yesterday I was making my advent calendar series (starting in 2023),” he said in a video.
“This is the perfect gift.”
The $30 purchase included body wash, fragrance, lip gloss and body butter.
Claudia added that she loves advent calendars because customers can try the products before committing to purchasing a full-size option.
Michael, from Adelaide, also shared a video reviewing the $22 OXX Cosmetics 12 Day Beauty Box Makeup Advent Calendar and the OXX Skincare 12 Piece 12 Days Advent Calendar Lip Collection.

The makeup option included nail polish, mascara, blush, lip liner, bronzer, highlighter, and lipstick, while the skincare option had a variety of oils and lip balms.

‘For $22, I don’t know anything about this one. For a younger audience, I think this is perfect,” he said.

Alternatively, there are standard Advent calendars filled with chocolate along with a version equipped with small plush toys.
Other Christmas products part of the range include a $15 Gingerbread Man mini waffle maker, an $8 Christmas pudding basket and $16 two-tone red and green coupe glasses, were among the best products in offer.
A variety of Christmas trees are also offered, ranging from $5 for a 90cm option to $149 for a 2.4m cashmere pre-lit Christmas tree.
