“The cookie flavor is a much-loved classic, so we’re excited to see fans tickle their senses with the KitKat Cookie Collision, making their break all the more indulgent,” said Joyce Tan, Nestlé’s chief of confectionery marketing.

“We wanted to introduce a delicious new favorite in the filled ree range.”

The Cookie Collision is now on sale in grocery stores and independent grocery and convenience stores across the country for as little as $ 2.

The new cookie flavor comes just days after KitKat unveiled a range of dark chocolate flavors with an Australian twist.

The two flavors – South Australian orange and Tasmanian mint – feature the iconic crunchy wafer fingers, topped with swirls of rich dark chocolate.

The blocks consist of different ingredients from two regions famous for its products.

The mint variety has a refreshing mint chocolate with oil from the mint plant grown in the beautiful state of Tasmania.

While the orange flavor features orange chocolate with oil from blood oranges grown in the lush South Australian Riverland and Sunraysia.

“Dark chocolate is synonymous with moments of everyday indulgence, and as Aussies spend more and more time at home, we see that they want to elevate their evenings with moments of decadence,” said Ms. Tan.

“Using premium ingredients from our own backyard, the new flavors add intrigue to our beloved dark chocolate range as a delicious and energizing chocolate treat.”
