Desperate calls have been made for help to find a young girl who has mysteriously gone missing.
The 12-year-old was last seen at a property on Aquarius Drive in Kingston, south Brisbane, on Sunday afternoon.
Her family and the police are very concerned for her well-being due to her young age and the fact that she suffers from a health problem.
She is described as Aboriginal, approximately 150cm tall, with a proportionate build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts has been urged to contact police.
