The latest: Kroy Biermann, 37, has again filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak, 45, after a brief reconciliation. The couple had already separated in May and made inflammatory accusations against the other party.
Zolciak last month sold some of his daughter Brielle Biermann’s designer items to raise funds, with asking prices of up to $20,000 for the most expensive items.
Biermann and Zolciak had first separated in May; At the time, Biermann called Zolciak a “compulsive drug addict” who squandered an incredible $1.5 million from the family’s finances gambling.
The Atlanta Falcons alum made the allegations against the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star after calling police on May 4 at their Milton, Georgia mansion ahead of her first divorce filing.
The charges regarding Zolciak’s gambling losses were seen in body camera video from the Milton Police Department after officers attended the home after Kim reported a domestic argument.
The images were obtained by spiceend.com after Biermann and Zolciak filed for divorce amid a 12-year marriage.
Biermann — who was cautious when talking to law enforcement in the hope that Zolciak wouldn’t hear him — called Bravo’s personality “narcissistic in the extreme.”
Biermann said Zolciak’s fondness for the game has grown exponentially in recent years.
“It probably went on for most of our marriage and got worse,” Biermann said of Zolciak, who was photographed at a Bitcoin ATM in June in Atlanta. “In the last two years she’s bet $700,000 – in the last two and a half years alone.”

During the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann had locked a cache of valuables she owned worth $175,000 in a safe – including purses and designer jewelry – and hid the key from him.
Biermann said he believed the lot of objects fell under the Community Assets classification, adding: ‘The problem is that these are the assets, there are no (other) assets to go to.’
Biermann told police the Don’t Be Tardy alum “decimated everything” with her gambling addiction; he added that some of his gambling activities were illegal.
Zolciak and Biermann’s four children — Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, nine — were at home at the time of the altercation.
Biermann had adopted Zolciak’s oldest children from previous relationships — Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21 — when they were minors during the couple’s early years.
Brielle has also been facing financial troubles lately, as she was sued by American Express for an unpaid balance.
