Kim Zolciak claimed her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, threw her to the ground during an alleged argument shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday.
The TV personality, 46, who sells his fake Christmas trees on social media amid ongoing financial problems, claimed the incident took place at his Georgia mansion, which is set to be auctioned off on Tuesday.
Zolciak and Biermann have been embroiled in a tumultuous and ongoing divorce battle since they initially announced their separation in May of last year.
According to a report obtained by TMZThe Milton Police Department responded to a domestic violence call last week, just one day before Thanksgiving, November 27.
When authorities arrived at the home, Zolciak claimed that while he was standing on a ladder to lower the curtains, the former NFL player had become confrontational.
She then accused Biermann, 39, of pulling her off the ladder and throwing her to the ground.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star later claimed she had hurt herself during the argument, but refused to show the injuries to police.
Two of his children, who were not named in the report, had witnessed the alleged altercation inside the home and later spoke with authorities when they arrived at the scene.
Kim and Kroy share KJ, 13, and Kash, 12, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Upon marrying in 2011, Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana , 23, from a previous relationship.
However, one of her youngest daughters told police that the reality star had fallen off the ladder, contradicting her claims that Kroy had thrown her to the ground.
He also told authorities that Biermann had been the one who lowered the curtains, which angered Zolciak.
The media personality then climbed a ladder to start removing the curtains herself and then fell on top of her ex-husband.
The daughter told officers that Kroy had previously spoken to her and informed her to be honest when asked questions by police. But he said Biermann never told him what to say.
One of his sons had also been inside the mansion at the time and came up from the basement upon hearing the argument, but he also did not see Kroy remove Kim from the staircase.

In his own version of the alleged incident, Biermann claimed that Zolciak attacked him from behind and punched him in the face.
However, after taking both sides of the estranged couple’s story, police were unable to decide who the “main aggressor” was.

It comes just days after police warned the estranged couple to stay away from each other.
On Nov. 18, Kim and Kroy called police to their Georgia mansion following a domestic dispute, as their increasingly contentious divorce took another dramatic turn.
At that time, officers responded to the couple’s home after a 911 call reported a “heated argument,” according to TMZ.
Sources say responding officers concluded it was a verbal exchange with no physical altercation.
The officers ‘calmed Kim and Kroy down,’ took an incident report and made no arrests, as it was determined no crime had been committed, according to the source.
This incident came shortly after the former couple shaved another $300,000 off the mansion’s asking price in an urgent attempt to sell it before Tuesday’s auction.
Originally listed for $6 million in October 2023, the price was reduced to $4.5 million in January and then further reduced to $3.95 million in August.
But earlier this month, Kim and Kroy, who got a new job amid their divorce, dropped the price once again to $3.65 million, according to real estate records obtained by TMZ.
The $300,000 price reduction came shortly after Zolciak accused Kroy of spying on her at her home.
The star filed a motion nearly two months earlier, on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy.
This drama is not new either. Zolciak has made similar accusations against her ex-husband before, claiming in January and May that he had taken her phone and other personal items.
Tension between these two has been simmering for months, and Zolciak even called the police in May after claiming Kroy grabbed her phone and locked herself in the master bedroom.
During the July premiere of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, Kim broke down in tears while talking about the divorce. He cried during a ‘scream therapy’ session on the MTV reality show.
More than a year earlier, in May 2023, The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum officially filed for divorce from Kroy after the two married in 2011.

News of Kim and Kroy’s split came as a surprise, exacerbated by their financial problems, including $1.1 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS.
In July 2023, Kim briefly called off the divorce as they attempted to mend their relationship. However, Kroy filed for divorce again in August, citing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Amid the ongoing divorce, the couple’s Georgia mansion is scheduled to be auctioned on Tuesday, December 3, by Truist Bank.
Last week, Zolciak was seen officially moving out of the house after the former couple failed to sell the seven-bedroom property before the auction.
