Kim Kardashian sent fans into a panic after sharing footage of herself watching a Bridgerton scene, with Taylor Swift’s Wildest Dreams in the background.

Despite years of bad blood between the pair, the 40-year-old star seemed oblivious to the violin version of Swift’s 2014 hit in a three-minute montage of Netflix stars Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor getting intimate in episode six.

‘Oh my God! In the rain?’ Kardashian gasped in a video posted to her Instagram story when the unmistakable sound of the eleven-time Grammy winner’s song blared out loud.

Last March, unheard of audio from a private phone conversation between the musicians proved that Swift never agreed to the controversial lyrics and was concerned about how ‘mean’ the song would be.

For the song’s bizarre video clip, a nude wax doll of Swift was laid in a bed next to him and Kardashian with Donald Trump, Caitlyn Jenner, Rihanna, Bill Cosby, Ray J, Chris Brown.

After the release of Famous, Swift took a break from the music scene.

‘Rather than answering the ones asking how I feel about the video footage that leaked, showing that I was telling the truth about * that phone call * all the time (you know, the one that was recorded illegally and someone edited and manipulated to frame me and put me, my family and fans through hell for 4 years) … SWIPE UP to see what really matters, ‘she wrote, before encouraging fans to join her to donate to Feeding America’s website.

She also previously spoke of the extreme ‘isolation’ she endured in the weeks after Kardashian ‘started an online hate campaign against her’.

“ The fact that so many people jumped on board with it made me feel lower than I’ve ever felt in my life, ” the Shake It Off singer reflected in a 2019 essay for She

That same year she also told Fashion: “I don’t think there are so many people who can really understand what it’s like when millions of people hate you very hard.”

She continued: ‘If you say someone gets canceled, it’s not a TV show. It’s a human. You send massive amounts of messages to this person to shut up, to disappear, or it could also be seen as suicide. ‘

At the time, Kardashian said she was ‘over’ their feud while performing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in 2019.

She still claims that Swift “ lied through her publicist ” that West never called “ to ask for permission. ”

Kim claimed on Twitter, last year, that “the lie was never about the word b ** ch” and that “it was always whether there was a phone call or not and the tone of the conversation.”

‘I never edited the footage (yet another lie) – I only posted a few clips on Snapchat to get my point across and the full video leaked recently doesn’t change the story,’ she tweeted.

“Plus, as an artist, Kanye has every right to document his musical journey and process, just as she did recently with her documentary,” she continued. Kanye has documented the making of all of his albums for his personal archive but never released any of them for public consumption and the phone call between the two would have remained private or would have gone in the trash had she not lied & forced me to defend him. ‘

Kim closed her thread by apologizing for bothering them with “ everything ” and stating that she would no longer speak about the feud.

The tension between Swift and West started when he took the stage at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, when Taylor was honored for Video of the Year.
