The reality TV star, 43, stepped out with a bandage on her finger for lunch at Costes in the French capital on Sunday.

Kim still managed to show off a sleek cut and modern figure while channeling her inner mafia wife’s aesthetic and donning a fabulous animal print fur coat.

Emerging from TikTok’s black hole of microtrends, the mob wife aesthetic is replacing last year’s clean aesthetic with a flashier, louder vibe that’s typically littered with designer logos, animal prints, and fur coats.

Her expensive floor-length number, which she paired with a blood red manicure, featured dramatic lapels and a sturdy leather belt.

She completed her powerful look with a pair of oversized sunglasses and her signature sleek bun.

As Kim stepped out of her blacked-out Mercedes, she showed off her latest shoe choice while flaunting a pair of sock-style stilettos.

Earlier on Sunday, Kim led the way at Balenciaga’s star-studded show during Paris Fashion Week.

The icon flaunted her curvy physique in a figure-hugging black lace dress as she posed up a storm heading to watch the show.

She looked great in the elegant model that hugged her at the waist and had a sexy design with a low back.

Kim wore her dark locks in a sleek ponytail and opted for typically glamorous makeup for the event.

It comes after earlier this year, Kim came under fire from fans after revealing she had become a Balenciaga ambassador, a year after the brand faced controversy over an advert featuring children and BDSM items.

The reality TV star announced her partnership with the label, run by creative director Demna Gvasalia, in January.

The mother-of-four previously refused to cut ties with the fashion house but said she was “shocked and disgusted” by the images which sparked a backlash against the brand.

After announcing his new partnership, many fans were disappointed by the decision and responded to his statement, in which he wrote that his relationship with the brand was based on a “commitment to doing the right thing.”

‘Of all the brands, she had to choose the one that featured allegations of child abuse. I’m not even surprised though…’ one person wrote, while another called her a ‘hypocrite’ and added: ‘Money is the only thing she cares about.’

Another person accused Kim of throwing her “morals out the window” in exchange for money, while someone added: “Anything for money and a higher net worth I guess.”

‘So we forget about child slavery? lol,” one commenter asked.

“But Kim, this company does everything BUT the right thing,” another added in reference to her statement.

The comments continued to come in, with another asking: ‘So Kim forgot about what Balenciaga announced with the kids?’ K.’

Others criticized the SKIMS founder for his hypocritical behavior: “So she basically said fuck Balenciaga when they were getting backlash, but now that it’s safe for her brand, she’s back?”

Many others attacked the brand, calling it “trash” and “cancelled.”

Kim’s full statement about becoming a brand ambassador read: “For several years now, Balenciaga designs have been a part of my many looks and some of my most iconic fashion moments.”
