The 43-year-old reality star, who recently signed a deal to develop scripted shows, showed off her cleavage and slender waist in a sexy white bra paired with a skirt held up by strings.
A thin white rope held the skirt in place as it wrapped around the upper body and waist.
She stepped out of the car in clear heels and sported an impeccable manicure.
This comes after her style rival, Bianca Censori, 29, was spotted dining with her family and the children Kim shares with Kanye West: Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.

This comes after Kim signed a first-look deal with Disney’s 20th Television to develop scripted shows.
The reality TV veteran signed on after starring in the most recent season of FX’s American Horror Story and filming Hulu’s upcoming legal drama All’s Fair, both produced by the entertainment giant and 58-year-old writer-director Ryan Murphy.
As part of her first-look deal, the mother of four will partner with her friend La La Anthony, 42, and Black-ish creator Kenya Barris, 50.
The show will be based on La La’s bestselling book, The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex and Happiness.
The series, which Deadline says it’s already in development, it’s called Group Chat.
Kenya is reportedly creating the show and La La (real name Alani Nicole Vazquez) will star.
She sported a flawless pink manicure and a head full of natural waves.
Heads turned as Kim made her grand entrance into the vehicle.
North came out carrying her adorable dog.
The gorgeous star also sported jet-black eyeliner, mascara, blush and a glossy lip tint.
