Kim Kardashian humorously criticized Jimmy Fallon during their hilarious Beats headphone battle.
The two celebrities are currently engaged in a friendly rivalry as they launch new lines of headphones in collaboration with Beats Electronics, the brand founded by Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine in 2006.
Ahead of the launch, the late-night host gifted Kim a pair of his Beats headphones, and her reaction, especially to their mustard yellow color, was quite dramatic.
Taking her to her Instagram StoriesThe 43-year-old reality star shared photos of the headphones being delivered along with a hint of subtle shadow.
“I just got this box of Beats from Jim, Jimmy Fallon,” Kim said with a laugh in the clip. “Ummm, what color is this? It’s… I’m a little confused. Did they send me the wrong ones?”

The playful comment persisted on the social media post as she laughed while reading a note from the former Saturday Night Live star.
“I’m so excited to share my collaboration prototype with the Beats Studio Pro headphones and as for the color, I’m thrilled to introduce mustard inspired by my love for hot dogs,” Kim read aloud.
She then added sarcastically: “I’m so proud of you, Jimmy. I mean, I wouldn’t wear this.”
‘Be true to yourself, friend, authentic.’
On Tuesday, Beats by Dre released an ad teasing the ultimate showdown between Kim and Jimmy.
The ad begins with Jimmy, 49, walking into Beats headquarters as an assistant tells him that her father is “a huge fan” of his, while visible staff show Kim wearing a Beats headset on her computer screen.
Her fun new announcement comes amid Kim’s budding acting career, after receiving rave reviews for her performance in Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story.

The assistant led him into the waiting room and Jimmy saw a poster for a focus group that read, ‘Focus Group Beat X Kim and Beat X Jim.’
Jimmy glances around the room and sees the ad and Kim’s collection on the screen as the focus group watches.
He looks shocked as he watches Kim’s striking Beats ad, which shows her flipping her hair as she stares seductively into the cameras.
Kim sported a white cropped T-shirt as she posed sideways for the ad and wore a pair of taupe Beats headphones.
In the ad, she poses up a storm while a wind machine blows her hair around, and then ends with her holding a cream-colored pair and a chocolate brown pair in her hands.
The ad ended with the caption ‘beats x kim’ as she smiled for the camera.

Then a woman leading the discussion group says, “Let’s move on to Jimmy’s,” as she clicks to start.
Jimmy’s ad features the late-night host sporting a mustard yellow tracksuit with black detailing, which perfectly matches his mustard yellow Beats headphones.
He is seen on a stage with a red chair and a red microphone while sporting yellow and black sunglasses.
The cheesy ad showed him posing and moving his headphones around while he could be heard whispering “spicy.”
Jimmy smiled from ear to ear as he looked at his own ad.
Then, both ads appeared on the screen with the focus group leaders telling them they could only move forward with one pair of headphones: Beats by Kim or Beats by Jim.
One focus group member said, “The Kims are beautiful,” and another focus group member said, “The Jimmys are disgusting.”
The first featured member added: “Beats by Kim looks amazing. I haven’t felt this happy in years.”
Jimmy looked confused when he heard the feedback.
The director said: “All that with these headphones. Fantastic.”
The second focus group member said, ‘Why would anyone willingly choose Jimmy when there’s Kim?

The second member of the group asked what color they had chosen for their headphones, to which the leaders replied “mustard.”
One of the core members asks if it’s after the condiment, to which one of the leaders says, “Jimmy’s a big hot dog fan, so I wanted to pay homage to him.”
The second member of the group joked, “Looks like my man needs to stop eating hot dogs,” causing everyone to burst out laughing.
Jimmy runs in and asks them, “I’m sorry, am I going against Kim Kardashian? That’s not fair. Hers are classy, they’re chic. They’re…”
Kim’s voice is heard finishing her sentence, saying “iconic.”
Kim was in the room the entire time and turned her swivel chair to reveal her presence.
He finished his sentence: “… is the word you’re looking for.”
Kim looked gorgeous in a grey and white striped suit.
Jimmy nervously says “hey Kim” as she walks towards him.
She stands in front of him as the focus group and leaders watch.
He whispers to her: “What are you doing here? Don’t you have 30 jobs?”
She moves even closer to him and says, “I’m turning 31 soon.”
The screen fades to black and it’s Kim vs Jim. There can only be one. She goes back to the boardroom and Jimmy tells her “May the best man win” as he reaches out to shake her hand.
Jimmy runs in and asks them, “I’m sorry, am I going against Kim Kardashian? That’s not fair. Hers are classy, they’re chic. They’re…”

She stands in front of him as the focus group conducts surveillance.
She doesn’t raise her hand to shake his, as she says, “Thank you, I will.”
He makes a fist as she stares at him, before the screen goes black again with the Beats branding on it.
Most recently, Kim starred in American Horror Story as Siobhan Corbyn, where her performance was critically acclaimed.
He is currently working on the production of The 5th Wheel, in which he will also participate.
