Dovale was also charged with three counts of failing to appear in court in accordance with her bail terms, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Waverley Local Court magistrate Ross Hudson adjourned Dovale’s case for three weeks on Tuesday.

Bronte’s wife has been ordered not to drink alcohol or to take drugs unless directed by a doctor’s prescription.

The court heard that Dovale has undergone a program at the Sydney Clinic – a private mental health hospital in Bronte.

Dovale will appear in the Sydney Downing Local Court on July 28.

She went on a public rant against the police last month after her native friend Kris Bradshaw was arrested by close-up officers in Sydney.

Bradshaw, 31, was arrested on June 22 in Darlinghurst after allegedly stealing a bag from Paddington.

Images showed Bradshaw being charged several times up close while screaming in pain.

After her partner’s dramatic arrest, Ms. Dovale publicly fooled the police.

“I feel heartbroken. I hate the Australian police now. I don’t feel like I can fully trust them, ”she told Nine News.

Later that day, she wrote on Facebook, “My three-year-old friend is an innocent man and an Aboriginal. You go down there, you bastards. ‘

“That’s how the Australian police treat people! The people we need to go to for help! ‘

In 2016, Ms. Dovale opened up to the media about her past struggles with ice cream after becoming addicted at age 13.

She was able to change her life after stepping into Muay Thai boxing with her sights set on winning an Australian title.

“I couldn’t be more grateful to Muay Thai, I have everything back together now,” she said at the time.

Ms. Dovale said her addiction started with methamphetamine before eventually turning to heroin.

“I lived on the street in Kings Cross and was in and out of the hospital … I was robbed and raped, it was pretty bad. You get a reality check, “she said.
