Khloe Kardashian showed off her fitness and sneak peek into her workout routine in her latest social media post on Wednesday.
In a newly shared video on Instagram, the 38-year-old reality TV star rocked a black sports bra and tight leggings as she worked out during the early morning hours at her home gym.
The media personality candidly revealed that she was feeling a lack of motivation but felt “very good” and accomplished at the end of the workout.
The Good American founder also detailed her stretching workout routine in the caption of her post and revealed how she works out to maintain her hourglass figure.
During the segment, her four-year-old daughter True — one of two children she shares with ex-husband, Tristan Thompson, 32, and who recently moved in from the Street to — also appeared as an adorable guest.

For her workout, Khloe wore an all-black workout ensemble with white pantyhose and sneakers.
She lets her bright blonde tresses down for the majority of the video but later cuts her hair short.
In the video and supplementary commentary, the entrepreneur goes through every step of her workout—from warming up to lifting weights—with a trainer.
She also talked about how she didn’t feel particularly motivated to do her morning exercises that day but is pushing to “start her day the right way.”
“Trying to get the energy to exercise,” Chloe said at the beginning of the video. “I’m not in the mood, but let’s get to it.”
As a little encouragement, her oldest child also stopped by to visit her and expressed their happiness for spring break.
In a cute clip, True showed off a pretty braid for the camera and shared that she’ll be taking two weeks off when school goes into recess.
Then, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed that she is unable to bring her daughter to school by herself due to starting work so early.

Her Workout Plan: The Good American also detailed her stretching workout routine in the caption of her post and revealed how she works out to maintain her hourglass figure.
Next, she quickly begins her routine by stretching and warming up.
She also revealed in her explanation that due to a recent injury, she was using lighter weights.
“I recently had an elbow injury, so my weight is less than I would normally use,” she said. “It’s a much lower impact exercise than we normally do, but this is the pace until the elbow returns to normal.”
At the end of the clip, Khloe also gave a quick update on her fading scar from a skin cancer scare and tumor removal in October.
She noted that there was a slight “bend” on her cheek, but her scar was slowly disappearing and would fade over time.
Then she talked about how much better she felt after going through her routine.
“I never regret working out,” she said. If I (I don’t try to) procrastinate (or) whatever, I always feel very good and done and bad.
“And then I feel like the rest of my day is great,” she added. “I stay on track because I start my day the right way.”

The mother of two then continued to encourage her fans to stay consistent and motivate each other.
“I know people think I’m crazy because I got up early and worked out, but I couldn’t work out in the evening,” she said.
She continued, “Whoever it’s ever working for, I’m proud of you.”
‘Difficult. It’s hard to stay loyal, and consistency is the hard part. And I’m here with you guys. “We have to be in this together,” she said. “Let’s motivate each other.”
