Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner’s mansions are seen side by side in Hidden Hills in new aerial footage

Khloe Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner’s huge side-by-side mansions located in the Hidden Hills are now visible in new aerial photos and footage obtained by DailyMail.com.

Mother and daughter paid $37 million to build homes next to each other on 3.4 acres acquired in April 2021.

Khloe reportedly paid $17 million to build her dream home while Kris spent over $20 million, she reports. Page six.

Khloe resides in the lighter building while Kris lives in the darker one, and they both have large pools and are surrounded by lush landscaping for optimal privacy.

New photos give fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family a better look at the adorable properties, which include close proximity to homes owned by Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

A mother and daughter have spent a combined $37 million building homes next to each other on land that once belonged to a single-family home.

Kris and Khloe are no strangers to the area as they previously lived in the Hidden Hills as well as nearby Calabasas over the years.

Just a year before getting into a joint plot of land with Khloe, Kris offloaded her Hidden Hills mansion for $15 million.

Eight months later, Khloe officially sold her Calabasas mansion for $15.5 million, the highest amount ever paid for a home in the city that celebrities love, according to The dirt.

Kris teased her new home for the first time on season 1 of Hulu’s The Kardashians, with Khloe taking the grand tour.

But though the interior may be complete, new photos show light construction being done on the front of the house to the left of the front entrance.

A yellow scaffold hovers over a small forecourt that reaches the second-story window, which has been blacked out with a large canvas.

More blackout windows, makeshift shingles, a fold-up ladder and other pieces of construction equipment sit idly by behind the far left side of the house.

There are solar panels on the roof and stunning gray tilework that makes up the chimney and front of the house and a feature wall near the driveway.

Khloe and Kris share a spacious driveway with two entrances, though Khloe’s entrance can also lead guests to a side area where many of the Good American founder’s cars are currently parked.

They also share a sprawling backyard with a sparse arrangement of trees creating a sort of barrier that includes a stone path directly into Chloe’s yard.
