Kevin Spacey revealed that he has returned to filming an unknown project in Phoenix for the first time since his acquittal in the sexual assault trial a year earlier.
The House Of Cards actor, 65, who “refuses to give up” his $5.6 million Baltimore mansion after it was sold in foreclosure, uploaded a photo of himself to X while on set .
The star, who had been found not guilty of nine charges of sexual assault at Southwark Crown Court in London, could be seen sitting on a horse in what appeared to be a desert landscape.
Spacey was wearing a pair of tan pants, as well as a long black coat and a hat placed atop his head. For a finishing touch, she also sported a red scarf that was wrapped loosely around her neck.
In the caption, Kevin wrote: “A little banged up but it’s an honor to be back on the horse.” On location in Phoenix. @piersmogran.’

Spacey tagged Morgan in his latest post just months after appearing on his show, Piers Morgan Uncensored.
During the interview at the time, the actor notably broke down crying as he revealed that he has no money and is also forced to sell his house.
After he uploaded the photo to X, social media users jumped into the comments section to share their thoughts, with one calling his return to acting “disgusting.”

However, other fans offered positive messages to Spacey, with one writing: “Glad to see you back king.”

His latest post comes just over a year after Spacey said he feels “humiliated” after being acquitted of sexually assaulting four men following a high-profile trial in which Sir Elton John gave evidence in his defence.

The Oscar winner was overcome with emotion as the jury at Southwark Crown Court in London returned not guilty verdicts on all charges.
Spacey was accused of abusing his fame and power to carry out nine sexual attacks on four men during his tenure as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre. But he insisted the claims were “crazy” and accused the plaintiffs of “lying.” for money.”
On the courthouse steps after the verdicts were pronounced, he thanked the jury, his legal team, and his loyal manager and longtime friend Evan Lowenstein for standing by him.
He said: ‘I imagine many of you can understand that I have a lot to process after what just happened today.’
“But I would like to say that I am enormously grateful to the jury for taking the time to carefully examine all the evidence and all the facts before reaching their decision.”
“I feel honored by today’s result. “I also want to thank the staff at this courthouse, security, my legal team, and Evan Lowenstein for being here every day.”
The allegations not only shattered what had been a brilliant career in show business, but also had significant financial implications.
House Of Cards production company MRC had been ordered to pay $31 million for alleged sexual misconduct on the set of the series, according to Variety.
During the interview at the time, the actor burst into tears as he revealed that he has no money and is also forced to sell his house.
But in a settlement, Kevin was ordered to pay only $1 million to the production company.
And in early June of this year, after the court case, Spacey participated in an emotional interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
He explained that he was on the verge of bankruptcy due to paying high legal fees and that his home in Baltimore had been auctioned. The house was later sold at a discount at the foreclosure auction.
“I’m not really sure where I’m going to live now, but I’ve been in Baltimore since we started filming House of Cards there.”
Kevin explained that he owes “many millions” and stated, “Well, I mean, you have some idea of the legal bills.” I still owe a lot of legal bills that I haven’t been able to pay.’

During the candid interview, Spacey admitted that he had also been on a plane with Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton and also “young girls.”
He explained that he had been invited to South Africa for a humanitarian mission to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS.
“It was mainly to raise awareness and prevention about AIDS, and particularly for mothers who had HIV to get the medications they needed to not pass it on to their children, so I said yes, absolutely.”
Kevin said he “has since learned who (Epstein) is” and also that “the plane we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein.”
He further said that, regarding Jeffrey, “I didn’t know him.” I’ve never spent time with him.
“I didn’t want to be around this guy because I felt like he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa, because there were these young girls. We thought, ‘Who is this guy?’

Later in the interview, the actor denied having traveled to Epstein’s Caribbean island.
“There’s a big difference between not remembering that I met a man and a woman on a humanitarian trip where I was focused solely on what we were going to do there, and not remembering that I went to someone’s island.”
Since the end of the trial, Spacey has focused on rebuilding his career in the industry.
In July, the star gave a master class in Armenia and has other projects under his belt, such as the film titled The Contract, although plot details remain under wraps.
