Kevin Clifton admitted he was “terrified” at the thought of looking after their daughter Minnie alone while his girlfriend Stacey Dooley worked on Stacey Sleeps Over.
The professional dancer, 41, revealed he had to look after their 14-month-old daughter alone for three days while Stacey completed the project.
The series focuses on Stacey discovering what life is like in modern Britain by spending 72 hours in the company of a wide range of characters and families.
During filming, the couple revealed Stacey, 37, was still breastfeeding so needed to be close to Minnie and Kevin.
Kevin told the Loose Women panel on Thursday: “Minnie was still breastfed at the time, so we couldn’t have been too far away.

Admitting he was apprehensive about being the only one looking after their child for a few days, he said: ‘I was terrified because I was like ‘you’re going to be there for three days’, what What am I going to do?”
Kevin was then asked if he thought Minnie would follow in his rhythmic footsteps and become a professional dancer when she grew up.
He said: “It’s a very competitive place where you get your self-esteem from something objective. When dancing, you compete with other people’s opinions.
Stacey joked: “In an ideal world, Minnie would be a librarian.”
The couple met while competing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, before winning the show, and their romance was revealed several months later.
In an interview last year, Stacey admitted that motherhood was her “hardest job ever”, and for now, she and Kevin have ruled out the idea of another baby as they feel that they “fail” in their role as parents.
Stacey also told The Sun she was less eager to marry Kevin because he has already been married and divorced three times.

Stacey said: “Marriage has never been hugely important to me. Plus, it’s well documented that Kev has done this many times before.
“So you have to keep that in mind, coming down the aisle and saying, ‘Hello everyone, I know what you’re all thinking.’ It’s just never something I dreamed of. But I couldn’t have done this (motherhood) without Kev.
The star added: “I don’t know how people have four kids. I had one and completely failed at it.
Stacey previously reflected on being childless at 35 while living as a nun for the BBC film Inside The Convent, causing the other sisters to have an emotional breakdown.
