Sangha has not entered a plea to his charges, and the documents do not specifically indicate which sitcom character Perry allegedly referred to.

Others charged in connection with the actor’s death include his personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, who has already pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute the ketamine that killed Perry.

Iwamasa also admitted to injecting Perry with ketamine on the day he overdosed.

Two doctors have also been charged, with Dr. Mark Chavez pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute, while Salvador Plascencia, 42, has yet to enter a plea.

According to prosecutors, Sangha was not the only one who referred to Perry in the communications, as the two doctors are accused of mocking the actor in text messages.

They reportedly questioned “how much this idiot is going to pay” for the ketamine, adding: “We’re going to find out.”

Sangha made headlines following her arrest earlier this month, particularly for her alleged nickname 'Ketamine Queen' and use of social media.
