Kerry Katona’s online clothing boutique has reportedly closed and been deregistered at Companies House.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, launched the business, called Kerry’s Boutique, back in 2020 and it quickly became a huge success.
However, according to new documents filed with Companies House, the company was dissolved “by forced strike” on Christmas Eve.
The document details the ‘company liquidation date’ as December 17 and the company’s dissolution date as December 24.
A Kerry representative reportedly said The sun: ‘Kerry didn’t have time in his schedule to run Kerry’s Boutique. Everything related to the closure of the company is the responsibility of his business partner and has nothing to do with Kerry.

It’s a new blow for the star, who just spent her first Christmas without her ex-fiancé Ryan Mahoney.
Prior to this, on November 12, the mandatory suspension action was “temporarily suspended” with a document revealing that “the Registrar received an objection to the suspension.”
In October, the company received a warning that Kerry brand assets could be seized by the taxman as they claimed the company’s latest accounts were overdue.
The mark was first introduced in a First Gazette notifying Kerry that steps had been taken to potentially remove the company from the register.
The document, filed on October 8, said: ‘The Companies Registry notifies that, unless proven otherwise, the Company will be removed from the register and dissolved not less than two months after the date indicated above.
‘Upon the dissolution of the Company, all property and rights vested in or held in trust for the Company shall be deemed bona vacantia and shall belong to the Crown.’
The company’s social media has also been down in recent months, with no posts on Instagram for 25 weeks.
It’s a new blow for the star, who just spent her first Christmas without her ex-fiancé Ryan Mahoney.
The singer broke up with her partner, 36, in November after six years together and the star was left devastated.
Since the split, she has focused on playing the evil stepsister alongside Katie Price in a production of Cinderella in Cheshire.

Kerry spent Christmas Day with her children, Molly, 21, Lilly-Sue, 20, Heidi, 16, Max, 14, and eight-year-old DJ, as well as her friend and panto co-star Katie Price and her son Harvey.
It comes after Kerry shared an emotional message with fans as she reflected on a difficult year following her split from Ryan.
With tears in his eyes, the former Atomic Kitten singer said: “Things seem to be getting crazier and crazier.”
‘The main thing is that I have wonderful children, I have my health and I have the most wonderful and amazing friends around me to support me.
‘I never thought 2024 would have ended like this. Never. But there you have it.
Friends and fans were quick to comment on Kerry’s post, with Katie Price writing: “You’ve got this and I’m by your side every day in every way.”
Kerry also recently revealed that she’s ready to kick off her New Year with another cosmetic surgery session as she plans a lower facelift.
The former Atomic Kitten star said she is “nervous” about the procedure, but has turned to her surgery-obsessed friend Katie Price for guidance and “moral support.”
Katie, 46, has long been known for her love of going under the knife and has undergone numerous procedures over the years, including facelifts, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.
Kerry also recently revealed that she’s ready to kick off her New Year with another cosmetic surgery session as she plans a lower facelift.
Talking about her upcoming plans, Kerry explained, “I have my lower facelift in January, which I’m excited about, but I’m also really nervous” (pictured in January).
The star is no stranger to going under the knife and previously underwent a tummy tuck in 2021, another stomach operation in 2023 (pictured just before surgery in January 2023).
So it’s no surprise that Kerry turned to her friend for support, and the star commented on her latest news! magazine column that she is “excited” about the surgery.
Speaking about her upcoming plans, Kerry explained: “I have my lower facelift in January, which I’m excited about, but I’m also really nervous.”
“I always get very nervous when it comes to having something done to my face, but I know it will be worth it.”
With the help of her friend, she continued: ‘Katie is coming to stay with me when I finish it to give me moral support, which I really appreciate.
“She’s had the procedure before, so she knows what I’ll be going through and will be able to ease my nerves and anxiety, while also helping me through my recovery.”
She added: “Katie is in a really good place mentally right now and it’s amazing to see, I’m so proud of her.” “She has been a real pillar of support for me these last few months.”
A lower facelift, known as a jowl lift, is a procedure “designed to reduce sagging skin around the lower half of the face (mainly the jowls) and neck,” according to the NHS, and is designed to address signs of aging.
Kerry and Katie first formed a close friendship in 2024, when they appeared on the third series of I’m A Celebrity, with Katie finishing in fifth place while Kerry won the show.
