The On The Floor hitmaker had purchased the penthouse about 10 years ago, in 2014, for $20.1 million, the outlet reported.
The building itself, which was built 100 years earlier in 1924, only has a total of four units, whose residents include Chelsea Clinton.
The penthouse spans a whopping 6,454 square feet with additional outdoor space amounting to 3,000 square feet, including private terraces and a rooftop terrace to allow residents to enjoy the picturesque city skyline.
Jennifer’s now-former property has four bedrooms, as well as 6.5 bathrooms, plus a living room and two wine refrigerators, according to the New York Post.
The Whitman building also has a 24/7 front doorman, as well as locked storage and a lobby.
