Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are the proud owners of several impressive properties, but it’s their $27 million mansion in New York City that fans simply can’t get enough of.
The Live with Kelly and Mark The hosts’ main home is on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and has provided a beautiful backdrop to many of the couple’s down-to-earth social media posts over the years.
On Thursday, Kelly, 54, was seen giving her Instagram viewers a hint at the Thanksgiving decor her family would enjoy during the holidays as she shared photos of their dining table decorated with beautiful flowers.
Another image showed her husband, 53, enjoying the warmth of their idyllic fireplace, next to a low coffee table covered in lush flowers, books and candles.
The couple, who have been married for 27 years, bought the property in 2013.
The mansion was previously owned by fashion mogul Luca Orlandi and his model wife, Oluchi Onweagba, and the sale made the property the second most expensive mansion sold in New York that year.
The 7,796-square-foot mansion then received a major makeover with a floor-to-ceiling renovation, allowing the couple to make the necessary changes to make it their dream home.
The house was built in 1882 and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a dream walk-in closet and two fireplaces.

They also have several other, lesser-known homes, including a Hamptons estate and a rental property in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which they use to be close to Joaquin while he studies at the University of Michigan.
The pair are known for being completely in love, but they recently shocked Live with Kelly and Mark viewers by bringing up the subject of divorce on live air.
Earlier this month, Kelly surprised her cohost and husband when she started discussing the controversial topic.
The Hope and Faith star began by talking about how she had recently read a magazine article about the growing phenomenon of ‘gray divorce’ – a term used to describe the increasing divorce rate among people aged 50 and over.
“I talked to Mark about it and Mark got very defensive,” she explained.

Mark responded, “You came home from the trip and thought, “I read this great article!”
Kelly then joked that the way the article was written had made her feel like she wanted a “gray” divorce too.
The term was coined in 2004 by the American Association of Retired Persons. In recent years, the divorce rate among people over 50 has increased significantly: according to CNBC, 36 percent of Americans who divorced in 2019 were over the age of 50.
Kelly and Mark first met in 1994 when he auditioned for the soap opera All My Children, which launched both of their careers.
They eloped to Las Vegas on May 1, 1996 and have been together ever since, welcoming their three children.
“Find someone you like to walk on the beach with, talk about the future, about what you want,” Mark told the digital lifestyle magazine Mr. Feelgood last year.
‘We did that when we were 24 years old, and we still do that now. Like, “Wouldn’t it be great if we could do this?” the Hollywood heartthrob explained.

‘I never want to stop doing that, dreaming about what we could do. Now people talk about grandchildren, and we design things around that. We want to be the magnets, we want to be the favorite grandparents. So we build the magnets so they have to come to us,” Mark said.
“It’s conversations like that that really connect us,” he added, reflecting on how he and Kelly plan their future lives.
‘Even though I know I’m very annoying and she is very patient. I would say that’s definitely a big factor in our relationship: her patience.
“The word loyalty is probably not strong enough, but I know she has my back, and I hope she knows I have hers.”
