American pop singer Katy Perry received a very special gift from Hawthorn Football Club this week following her incredible performance in the AFL Grand Final on Saturday.
The 39-year-old American star received a personalized HFC soccer jersey on which his name and number one were engraved in silver sequins.
Later, a smiling Katy posed for a photo of the unique guernsey style which featured Hawthorn’s classic gold and brown colours.
The image was later shared on Hawthorn’s official social media channels with the caption: “HOK’s newest member.”
Hawthorn’s number one is currently worn by AFLW Champion Emily Bates.
Fans of the club responded enthusiastically to the post, with one follower sending a message: “Will Katy’s next world tour be called ‘the Hok tour’?”
“She knows talent,” said another.
“I hope he wears it on his girlfriend’s day (next year),” a third fan joked.

It comes after Katy revealed what she ate in Australia while in Australia to perform at the AFL Grand Final.
In an Instagram video, the American pop star, 39, revealed that she consumed several eggs.
Standing in front of a table full of breakfast items, Katy explained, “I eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs because they are a great source of protein.”
He cheekily added that he had devised his own method to save time and break the eggs.
Katy’s 20-minute set during AFL GF included two tracks from her latest album 143, Lifetimes and Gorgeous, as well as a selection of her best-known hits, including I Kissed A Girl and Roar.
‘I don’t break them on (the plate), I go like this (cracks on forehead). Oh, that one really hurt and had some juice in it,’ Katy joked.
She was also seen eating another hard-boiled egg while doing her hair and makeup.
Katy posted the video after recent allegations surfaced that she was using Ozempic or another weight loss medication after showing off her incredibly toned figure on the cover of her new album 143.
After revealing the cover of her latest album, social media users began expressing speculation that she might be taking medication to achieve her recent weight loss.
The artist, who has spoken of trying to exercise at least three or four times a week to maintain her figure, was accused of using a weight-loss drug to get in shape.
Meanwhile, Katy surprised her Australian fans with an exciting announcement on Monday.
The pop star revealed she has added a show in Adelaide as part of her upcoming 2025 Australian Lifetimes tour.
The original schedule included just one show in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, but the American pop star added additional shows.
He has now announced that he will also perform in Adelaide during the tour.
Katy was reportedly paid a staggering $5 million to perform before the finals match.
