Katie Price has emerged for the first time since it was revealed she was being evicted from her Mucky Mansion.

Despite insisting she will not be kicked out of her Sussex home, the star was informed by lawyers earlier this month that she would have to move out of the property by May 29, after two eviction notices appeared outside his house.

Katie shrugged off her recent troubles as she headed to the latest live performance of her podcast at The Glee Club in Birmingham.

Just hours earlier, the star had taken to Instagram to get more tickets, after the 400-seat venue didn’t sell out.

With her ensemble in hand, Katie joined her boyfriend JJ Slater as she prepared for the latest stop on her national tour.

Katie has been open about her financial woes, revealing on Monday that she is holding a “garage sale” as she begins to clean out her Mucky Mansion amid her bankruptcy woes.

Solicitors informed him earlier this month that he would have to move out of the property in Dial Post, West Sussex, by May 29, after two eviction notices appeared outside his home.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Katie shared a clip showing a large pile of things in her living room that she was ready to sell, including a disassembled couch, a futon, and a mirror.

The mother-of-five has been declared bankrupt for the second time after failing to pay more than £750,000 in unpaid taxes, leaving her home at risk unless HMRC can recover the money.

Video shared by Katie on Monday also showed stacks of boxes in the house.

And pictures on Saturday revealed huge piles of rubbish in the property’s garden, while the mansion looked dirtier than ever.

Snaps have shown the star’s home filled with piles of rubbish and old furniture.

The grounds of the property are also overgrown, while Katie’s famous pink Range Rover, as well as several other cars, can be seen in aerial shots.

The debris on the property appears to be a mix of trash bags, old clothing, a computer screen and even a family photo.

Katie’s Mucky Mansion has caused problems for the star for years and last October she had trouble renting the house because it was “mouldy” and “haunted”.

Earlier this month it was revealed that Katie was set to be evicted from the property.

The first eviction letter, dated April 24, revealed that “the eviction will occur on May 29, 2024 at 10 a.m.”

The Horsham County Court eviction order, addressed to Katie and “any other occupants,” orders her to “make arrangements to vacate the property with (your) belongings before this time and date.”

A spokesman for the star has denied that she will be ousted at the end of the month.

In a statement to The Sun on Sunday night, they said: “Kate will not be evicted from her property on May 29,” but neither confirmed nor denied whether Katie was being evicted.

The TV personality paid £1.35 million for the property in Horsham, West Sussex, in October 2014, which features around 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and paddocks.

But the house subsequently fell into disrepair, leading to her 2022 Channel 4 show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, in which Katie attempted to renovate the 19-bedroom property.

In 2022, her ex-fiancé Carl Woods had been using the garden as a vehicle esplanade for his used car sales business before the latest update about the house.

Despite the legal notices, Katie insists that she is not being evicted, as she told listeners on the latest episode of her podcast The Katie Price Show: ‘My house is not being repossessed.

‘I’m not going to be evicted and I’m not going to move into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what travelers have, I would love it.

“I’ll also have to make another announcement on the 28th, let the sun rise.”

Katie recently claimed she has been banned from appearing in court due to her mental health, after receiving backlash for skipping her latest bankruptcy hearing in April to go on holiday to Cyprus with British Married At First Sight star JJ .

She was due to give evidence about her finances in the High Court, but at the start of the hearing, lawyers said she had told them at the last minute that she could not attend due to health problems. A judge called this excuse “thin.”

Katie then went on holiday to Ayia Napa with her MAFS star boyfriend, facing public backlash after they were spotted sunbathing together by the pool.

Earlier this month it was revealed that lawyers informed the former glamor model she would have to move out of the property.

On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie responded and claimed that she had been kicked out of court because she was “mentally not strong enough.”

She said: “Everyone says, ‘Oh, he went bankrupt and went on holiday!’ No, let me address it…

‘The court knew that I was not going to declare bankruptcy, because mentally – my advisor at The Priory – they had authorized me to carry out any type of activity before the court.

He continued: ‘I am taking my bankruptcy very seriously, as I do everything else. It’s a very serious situation I’m in and it seems like ‘oh, she just went on vacation’…

‘No, my head right now needs a break. I had four days in my schedule in which I could leave. When I say that I am not mentally capable and stable to appear in court right now because I have a lot going on behind the scenes that I am dealing with…

“I am not mentally strong enough right now to appear in court, be questioned in front of the media and the public.”

The court heard that Katie’s personal assistant had submitted a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she had anxiety and depression, as well as other problems affecting her mental health.

Lawyers for the trustees of Katie’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her to attend a future hearing and said she should be “on notice” that she could be arrested if she did not attend.

Katie’s financial problems

2019 – Katie was declared bankrupt with debts of £3.2m from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd, which was set up to oversee her line of perfumes and cosmetics.

He set up the company in 2003, but in 2017 an application was made to liquidate it while he tried to sort out his finances.

When it was declared bankrupt, it promised to repay £12,000 a month to the company’s creditors through an individual voluntary agreement.

The bankruptcy meant Katie, once worth £45million, faced losing her £2million, 11-bedroom mansion.

He took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015 but faced monthly payments of £12,300.

2022 – The former model had to appear before the Royal Court of Justice to explain to a judge why she has not paid the millions she owes to her creditors.

However, the hearing was postponed at the last minute and her lawyers gave no reason why Katie did not appear in court.

March 2024 – Was declared bankrupt again over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05. The demand for payment was made by HMRC in October 2023.

The bill “derives from the self-assessments” of the 2020-2021 and 2021-22 financial years and includes VAT, taxes, surcharges and interest.

Insolvency and Companies Court judge Sebastian Prentis told the hearing at London’s Rolls Building: “There has been no response from the debtor. The papers are in order.

“Ms Price has a substantial debt to HMRC and I will therefore be making a bankruptcy order.”

May 2024: Katie is evicted from her home after receiving a notice and giving her weeks to leave. She was told bailiffs will arrive at 10am on May 29 to ensure she and the other occupants have left the property.
