Katie Price is due back in court today for a bankruptcy hearing and could be arrested if she fails to appear again.

The former glamour model, 46, is expected to appear at the Royal Court of Justice in central London this morning over her finances.

She had previously been arrested at Heathrow Airport on August 8 for failing to attend a hearing in relation to her massive £760,000 debt.

Price was in court the morning after his arrest, where the judge said he must appear on August 27 “with no ifs, ands or buts, no overseas travel, no vacation.”

She confirmed that she understood and promised to move her schedule so she could attend the hearing.

Price was arrested on her return to the UK from Turkey almost three weeks ago and taken into custody at a west London police station. A magistrate released her on bail a few hours later.

He arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice the following day, where he appeared wearing a beige suit and a black headscarf to hide the wounds caused by a £10,000 facelift he had carried out in Turkey.

Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered the model to give an undertaking to the court that she will attend another hearing to answer questions about her finances on August 27 at 10.30am.

Price confirmed that he understood he had to attend and later said: “I will modify my schedule to accommodate that.”

This led Judge Schaffer to dismiss the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by a different judge after she failed to appear at an earlier hearing.

Price previously said he was “not running away from matters” but was “off working on a documentary about corrective surgeries” during the court hearing.

In a now-deleted statement on Instagram, Price wrote: ‘I am aware that I am about to be detained at the airport, which is obviously what the courts deem necessary.

‘Of course, I hope that for the sake of my son who is with me, you will allow him some dignity and protection at least for him, as this will be extremely upsetting for him.

“Although I understand the importance and seriousness of the matter, I feel that I am being treated like a criminal.”

Photos from August 8 show the former model being led away by police after landing at around 7:45 p.m. with her son Harvey, 22, and her boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, who stayed behind to collect her bags.

Members of the airport’s support team were seen pushing Harvey in a wheelchair through a terminal hallway as he watched his mother being arrested.

Price, whose head was covered in bandages, was later seen sitting on the edge of a police van before applying lipstick and taking a few puffs from her vape.

The mother-of-five, who lives in Sussex, failed to appear before a judge on July 30 as part of her £760,000 bankruptcy proceedings and instead flew to Turkey on holiday for her sixth facelift while staying in a £133-a-night five-star hotel.

Price knew she would be detained at the airport, but asked police to “allow some dignity and protection” for Harvey, saying it would be “extremely upsetting for him to see.”

In a statement posted on Instagram, Price said he had been in Türkiye filming a documentary.

She said that upon returning from work she would be “detained at the airport,” which “the courts deem necessary.”

Speaking about her son Harvey, Price asked that authorities “allow some dignity and protection at least for his sake as it will be extremely upsetting for him to see this.”

While acknowledging the “seriousness” of the matter, Price said she was being treated “like a criminal” and said her “unfortunate financial situation” did not make her a “criminal or a bad person.”

Price defiantly claimed she felt “no shame or guilt” over the arrest.

She explained that her bankruptcy was due to “serious mental health problems and nervous breakdowns due to post-traumatic stress disorder.”

He added that he would pay the debtors and hoped that “for Harvey’s sake it would be handled with care and compassion.”

Her plea came after she was ordered to pay £25,000 after being declared bankrupt twice.

A judge at an earlier hearing said Price risked arrest if she failed to attend other court hearings, adding that evidence must be provided if she was unable to appear.

In issuing the arrest warrant, Judge Burton said he had “not attended today’s hearing” and had given no explanation for his absence.

She said: ‘In my view, it is necessary for the court to issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.

She continued: “The reason for his absence today is irrelevant.”

Judge Burton said the arrest warrant was not issued “hastily” but that Price had only offered “piecemeal cooperation” and had failed to provide the “most basic information” in relation to his bankruptcies.
