During an appearance on In an interview with Greatest Hits Radio on Friday, she also admitted that she needed to “resolve” her body dysmorphia.

Katie recalled how a conversation with her sister Sophie reminded her of a visit to a psychic and has since fuelled her anxiety about going under the knife again.

“And I said, ‘How do you think I’m going to die?’ I know not many people would ask that, but I did.

‘She said, “Oh, you’re going to die in your sleep peacefully.” And then my sister said (during her podcast), “And if you’re going to have surgery, you’ll probably die in your sleep.”

She continued: “And that triggered something in my head. And I thought, ‘You know what? Imagine if that was the case,’ because the amount of times I’ve been put to sleep just stuck in my mind.”

“But yes, I need to resolve the body dysmorphia issue.”

Katie’s long history of surgery also includes rhinoplasties, veneers and 16 breast augmentations.

“I think they’re used to me doing it. It’s normal for them. I don’t even tell anyone about it, not even my mother, because she complains about me.

“Kids say, ‘Oh, you’re the only one, aren’t you, Mom?’ Junior always says, ‘Mom, you’re beautiful, you don’t need anything. You’re stunning anyway.’ But they know I’m the only person who has that problem.”
