Katie Price arrives in court with Carl Woods after she was charged with violating a restraining order
Katie Price has pleaded guilty to violating a restraining order after she was accused of calling her ex-husband’s fiancée Kieran Hayler a ‘sewer piece of shit’.
Price, 44, a mother of five, who was joined by her current partner Carl Woods at Lewes Crown Court today, was arrested on January 21 on suspicion of breaching her restraining order against Michelle Penticost.
He is said to have called Michelle a ‘piece of shit’ and a ‘sewer shit’.
Price was later charged, but pleaded not guilty on April 27, requesting a trial in crown court. However, he pleaded guilty when he appeared in court today.
It is unclear what punishment he will now face, although it has previously been suggested he could face five years in jail if he had violated the order.
Price was issued a five-year restraining order on June 3, 2019 that prohibited him from contacting Penticost directly or indirectly.
The order came after Price launched a foul-mouthed “abuse rant” at him during a schoolyard fight.
Price arrived at court today dressed in a thick black wool coat with large sunglasses and high-heeled white cowboy boots. Woods was wearing a bright, multicolored jacket.

Price, 44, was arrested Jan. 21 on suspicion of violating her restraining order against Michelle Penticost. She was later charged but pleaded not guilty on April 27.

The former glamor model was accused of harassing Kieran’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost, and will appear in court.
After allegedly sending foul-mouthed text messages to her ex Kieran Hayler, Price was arrested at her home by officers around 5:45 p.m. on January 21 and taken to the Worthing Police Station.
After a 12-hour interrogation, she was released, though not before officers confiscated her phone, which they examined for evidence.
Price and Kieran are parents to Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, while he and Michelle are parents to seven-month-old Apollo.
Price is also a mother to Harvey, 19, with ex Dwight Yorke along with Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with ex-husband Peter Andre.
She is also at risk of going to jail for being arrested while she still had a license for her drunk driving embarrassment.
Yesterday, it was revealed that Price will not face jail time for speeding because his crime is dealt with remotely under a little-known procedure.
The troubled celebrity was allegedly timed driving over the 60mph speed limit in a BMW near his dingy mansion in Horsham, West Sussex, just 11 days before he crashed his car in September last year.
Price, a 43-year-old mother of five, was due to appear in Crawley Magistrates’ Court charged with speeding and failing to provide information to police.
But the case will now be dealt with under the ‘single justice procedure’, which allows a magistrate to treat adults accused of summary offenses that do not carry prison terms remotely.
It means the case can be resolved with a fine and/or points on Price’s license and a driving ban. She cannot be imprisoned under the procedure, and the case has been adjourned until July 5.

Price avoided jail time for the September drug and alcohol accident by checking herself into the Priory for rehabilitation that cost her nearly £7,000 a week. In total, she has been banned from the roads six times.
A single magistrate who does not have to be sitting in the court where a case is listed in order to hear it.
The procedure was launched in 2015 to deal with minor traffic offenses and low-level fare evasion. Recently, it has also been widely used to deal with coronavirus rule violations.
They are dealt with by the magistrate who analyzes the relevant documentation before making a decision. Defendants can plead online, but if they plead not guilty, they must appear in court at a later date.
In October 2019, Price was banned from driving for 18 months for failing to tell police who was behind the wheel of his pink Range Rover during an accident in Bexley, southeast London.
She was still banned when she crashed her BMW last September and would also have been banned during the alleged speeding offence.
After the crash, tests showed the TV personality had 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath, nearly double the legal limit of 35 mcg. He also tested positive for cocaine.
An image shared by police from the scene of the crash showed a car flipped on its side, and after the crash, Price’s family expressed concern for his well-being.
District Judge Amanda Kelly slammed the former glamor model for “seeming to think she’s above the law” and said her driving record was “one of the worst I’ve ever seen.”
Sussex Police said they wanted to appeal the suspended sentence but found there were no legal grounds to do so.
