The couple, aged 43 and 32, were seen holding hands as they went to a local office to collect the affidavit of marriage license before getting married in Sin City amid Katie’s recent controversies and period of rehab.

In images obtained by The Sun, Katie was seen with Carl in the office before being seen sitting in a lobby on his phone as the model sipped a drink from a cocktail glass just weeks after her car accident.

A copy of the marriage license posted on Clark County Clerk’s website confirms that Katie, who has been married three times, will take Carl’s last name after the wedding.

Last week, Katie completed her court-ordered rehab after her car accident on Sept. 28, after which she tested positive for alcohol and Class A drug cocaine, and is now preparing to discuss the crash.

After the crash, she pleaded guilty to drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance before being sent to complete her rehabilitation course.

She can now go to jail. She does not have a driver’s license after being disqualified for two years in 2019 and has been picked off the road six times.

Bank chairman Julie Hutton gave Katie a temporary driving ban and warned: “We regularly send people to jail for driving while they are disqualified.”
