Katie also recalled an emotional moment when she was assisted by a friendly taxi driver.
She said, “There was an incredible moment when I think I really cried. Suri was six or seven and spent the night at a friend’s house watching the ballet at Lincoln Center. At 10 o’clock I got a call: “Mommy, can you come get me?” Holmes started.
“I took a taxi and went to Battery Park to pick her up. She was exhausted. On the way home she fell asleep and when we got to our building the taxi driver opened the door and didn’t help me wake her up. He helped carry her to the building. He was so nice. ‘

Then she says, “Okay, I’m going to try the following. “She is very focused and a hard worker. ‘
