In the video, the officer removes the Fireball bottles from the bag one by one, before finding a can of Coca-Cola. In the end he throws them all in the trash.

According to the incident report obtained by DailyMail.com, the first officer who spoke to Dennis observed his “bright eyes” and “the odor of alcohol emanating from (his) person.”

The officer also noticed “an unopened Fireball bottle on the driver’s side floorboard” and a “pink glass in the center console that was empty.”

The officer noted that Dennis refused a breathalyzer test but agreed to submit to a field sobriety test.

Captured on video from his patrol car’s dash cam, it’s painfully evident the extent to which Dennis flunked the test.

According to his report, the first test the officer performed was the ‘Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus Test,’ in which a person is asked to follow an officer’s finger while the police officer looks for the telltale involuntary eye jerks that occur when someone is under the influence. of drugs or alcohol looks to the side.

In addition to smelling alcohol on Dennis, the officer noted four of six clues suggesting intoxication while conducting the test, including a “lack of fluid pursuit” by Dennis.

The next test was a walk and spin for which he opted to take off his sandals. Here the officer noted that she could not even maintain her balance while standing in the starting position, used her arms and hands to maintain balance while walking, and failed to comply with the requirement to walk from heel to toe on numerous occasions.

He also couldn’t balance on one leg without moving his arms for balance.

Later, oblivious to her performance, Dennis can be heard saying to herself, “I passed that damn field sobriety test.” This is bullshit. I’m literally not drunk.

Dennis was traveling with his golden puppy ‘Lil Gucci’, whom he had placed in the back of the police cruiser during these tests. When officers searched the puppy’s carrier, they found “several mini Fireball bottles, some of which were open and empty.”

In fact, footage from the search of that bag when it was brought into the Berkley County Detention Center a few hours later shows an officer removing at least ten miniature bottles from the bag: some are empty, others are open and look half-open. empty, others are full and still held together by the plastic wrap of the multi-pack in which they were purchased.

Patrol footage of the trip from the scene to the detention center reviewed by DailyMail.com shows Dennis running the full emotional gamut in an attempt to derail the due process of his arrest.

Sometimes she begs, other times she cries furiously for being separated from her “son”, that is, her dog.

At some points he threatens the officers with legal action, saying he will “ruin” them, at others he tries to chat more calmly and elicit sympathy.

When he sobs, his tears appear to be from frustration and anger because none of his tactics have any impact on the police.

She accuses the officer of touching her inappropriately as he approaches her to fasten her seat belt on her lap while her hands are handcuffed behind her back.

She then accuses the officer of trying to trick her “like my ex.”

At one point during her transport to the detention center, Dennis asks the arresting officer for leniency, saying, “I’m going to lose custody of my kids, please!”

But Dennis lost custody of Kensington ‘Kensie’ Calhoun, 9, and St. Julien ‘Saint’ Rembert, 7, to their father after a long and bitter custody battle, as she repeatedly failed the court-mandated drug tests upon which his rights were based. The children depended.

He has now supervised visits with them every other Saturday and Sunday.

At another point he says, “I’ll never get my kids back.” Thanks guys. There is literally no reason for me to be here. So congratulations, she’s a bitch.”

Dennis, wavering wildly, seems lucid at times, before becoming enraged and threatening the officers, “I’ll ruin you,” when they explain that his dog will be taken to a pound until someone can come pick him up.

Later, in a moment of apparent resignation and exhaustion, he says: ‘There’s no going back now, is there?’

Dennis was booked into the Berkeley Detention Center on Monday night, where she was detained before being released on bail. Her bail was set at $1,199.50 for DUI and $257.70 for transporting an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
