In the photo, the 45-year-old Parks and Recreation star appears to be about to leave the house when he is intercepted by his youngest daughter.
“When you have plans to rush at 8, but your boss demands hugs at 7:55,” the mother of two, who is expecting her third child, captioned the sweet image.
Pratt wore large black sunglasses and a black trucker hat in the photo he shared on his Instagram Story.
“What the boss wants, the boss gets!” she wrote on the photo.

The couple are also parents to a daughter, Lyla, four, and are expecting their third child together.
The Jurassic World star has a son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
Pratt shared rare photos with his son on Instagram to celebrate his 12th birthday earlier this month.
The photos show them spending time together on a farm while giving a sweet shout-out to their son.
In the caption, Pratt, 45, wrote: “Happy birthday to my wonderful son Jack. I thank God everyday for you sweet boy.”
She continued: “You are so smart, funny, kind, thoughtful, reliable and strong. I love you so much, little one. Twelve? I honestly can’t believe it!”

‘Start early: The best way to transition into the back-to-school routine is to start early, not the week they go back to school,’ she explained.
‘Adjust bedtime or nap time (if you’re lucky and can still nap) – We’ve been gradually delaying bedtime by 15-20 minutes each night until they get back on a school sleep schedule.
“We all lose our bearings a bit in the summer,” he continued.
And her final tip revealed: “No screens before bed – we do family reading time, drawing or sometimes playing with a small toy until they fall asleep.”
