The Princess of Wales has shared a touching message on social media in support of Baby Loss Awareness Week.

It’s not the first time Kate has posted in support of the cause, and she has previously pointed her followers in the direction from charities, including Tommy’s, which cares for premature babies.

The couple wrote: “Please get in touch if you think it could help you or someone you know.”
They then referred people to the MMH Alliance, which is a collection of 120 organizations that raise awareness about mental health “before, during and after pregnancy, whatever the outcome.”
One of the charities involved in the partnership is Sands Charity, which supports “anyone affected by the death of a baby”.
It also aims to improve care for bereaved parents and improve pregnancy and postnatal care so that fewer babies die.
