And Kate Winslet was the epitome of elegance as she made a radiant appearance at the inaugural Longines event on London’s Oxford Street on Tuesday night.
The 48-year-old actress showed off her sophisticated sense of style in a black buttoned-up dress that cinched in at the waist.
She completed her look with shiny stilettos and jewelry from the luxury brand.
Kate wore her honey-coloured locks pulled back in an elegant updo and opted for a glamorous makeup look completed with a touch of light pink lipstick.

This comes after Kate revealed her iconic kiss scene with Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic was a “nightmare” to film.
The Mare of Easttown star details filming the famous “I’m flying” scene where she and Leo, 49, kiss at the front of the boat, admitting the kiss “wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.”
Rewatching the scene for an interview with Vanity FairKate said that both her and Leo’s makeup kept sticking to each other.
He said the scene was especially difficult to film because director James Cameron wanted the lighting to be perfect, while it was filmed in a part of the set that was difficult to access, so the hair and makeup team couldn’t be there with them.
Patting herself on the top, Kate said: ‘I’ve hidden myself here and here, I’ve got her makeup, brushes and sponge and my makeup, brushes and sponge on the other side.’
‘Between takes, I was basically redoing our makeup.’
‘We kept doing this kiss, and I have on a lot of light makeup and I had to do our makeup checks, both of us, in between takes, and I would end up looking like I had been sucking on a candy bar after every take because her makeup would come off.’
Leo faced the same problem, as Kate’s much lighter makeup kept rubbing off on his face during takes.

She completed her look with sparkly stilettos and jewelry from the luxury brand as she posed spectacularly.
The scene wasn’t all bad, though, as Kate admitted that her co-star was “quite a romantic.”
He said: “No wonder all the girls in the world wanted to be kissed by Leonardo DiCaprio. It wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.”
In another interview with VarietyKate has dismissed “stupid” rumours of a rift between her and James after speaking about the difficulties of filming the blockbuster in interviews.
She said: “There’s a part of me that feels almost sad that the nonsense and speculation about the Titanic at the time overshadowed the real relationship I have with him. He knows I’m up for anything. Any challenge, any guidance you give me, I’ll try.”
Kate and James have teamed up again for their 2022 film Avatar: The Way Of Water.
Titanic was the highest-grossing film of all time until the release of the first Avatar film in 2009.
The film made Kate a global star, something she admitted was difficult to adjust to.
She explained: ‘I actually felt a bit battered by it, truth be told… I had a lovely family, but all my family saw was ‘Oh my God, Kate’s got a job on a really big film’.
It comes after Kate revealed her iconic kiss scene with Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic was a ‘nightmare’ to film.
“You don’t want to turn around and say to your mom and dad, ‘It’s really hard, actually.'”
Kate’s daughter Mia Threapleton has also become an actress, appearing in recent films such as Firebrand and Scoop.
Asked if she was nervous about Mia’s new career in the spotlight, Kate said: ‘Thank God this terrible criticism that could be actively damaging has stopped.
“If that part is gone, she can figure out the rest on her own. She’s so emotionally strong and true to herself that I don’t worry.”
