Earlier this year, Kate and Luke put a stylish apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on the market.
They set a guide price of $900,000 for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Potts Point.
Waterhouse bought the unit as an investment property in 2010 for $525,000 and has been renting it out for a whopping $900 a week.
Located on the second floor of an apartment block in the heart of Sydney’s famous nightspot, Kings Cross, 2km from the CBD, the unit offers a stylish slice of urban living.
Features include a private balcony and a spacious open-plan layout.
There is also a luxuriously decorated bathroom and a modern kitchen with a stylish dining ‘table’.
The unit, meanwhile, is one of 25 apartments in the block that opened in 1998.
Kate, daughter of Gai Waterhouse and bookie Robbie Waterhouse, is known for her lavish lifestyle.

Waterhouse and Ricketson made headlines in 2020 when they spent a whopping $17.8 million on a mansion on Sydney’s north shore.
Located on sought-after Balmoral Beach, the luxurious property features five bedrooms and incredible water views.
Meanwhile, Tom Waterhouse, Kate’s brother, also owns a $13 million beachfront home in the same suburb.
The racing heiress and former sports star were married in Sicily, Italy, on June 28, 2012.
Popsugar reported at the time that Kate wore a Vera Wang dress and that the newlyweds were surrounded by 80 guests on their big day.
The couple share two daughters: Sophia Edie, nine, and Grace Gabrie, six.
Kate is the first daughter of legendary Australian horse trainer Gai Waterhouse.
Gai won his first Melbourne Cup in 2013 with his horse Fiorente.
She was inducted into the Australian Racing Hall of Fame in 2007 and is often referred to as the “first lady of Australian racing”.
